Week 3

Please complete the following in order.

Download Week 3: You will need these resources to complete your training this week:

1. In the morning, you will begin calling on suspects and prospects.

You should have a list to begin calling on. Now are you are trying to schedule appointments for a business profile.

Schedule any appointments you make for week 4.

2. In the afternoon, you will further your training.

​By this time you should have the following meeting scheduled for this week and entered into your calendar:

  • Meeting with Creative Services

  • Meeting with Traffic Department

  • Meeting with Digital Department

  • Meeting with Digital Manager

  • Meeting with Director of Sales (Wide Orbit)

  • Meeting with Director of Sales (Sales Policy and Procedure)

  • Efficio Training

  • Efficio Training

  • Simplifi Bullseye Training 

It is important in this job to have a complete understanding of the different departments and how you will be interacting with them. Also, you will need an understanding of our CRM system.

Also, you will learn about digital offerings and how they complement radio. When paired with radio, digital can be incredibly effective.

You’ll learn more about the services that Zimmer offers. Radio is an incredibly effective tool at boosting digital marketing results. Digital alone is not enough to drive a business’ marketing. You need the push and reach of radio.

At the end of the week, you will give at least a 10 minute presentation on the above items. Make sure you cover:

  • How radio benefits digital

  • Why a business today must have a website

  • How social media can drive traffic and help interact with consumers

  • How digital promotions can help businesses engage with advertisers

  • Why a strong logo is crucial

  • Explain the difference levels of packages we offer for website design, social media, and logo design

3.  You will meet to discuss the number of calls you should be making a week, the appropriate number of business profiles, and asks you should have each week.

You are growing your storefront and need to cast as wide a net as possible. This means you will have a higher call load than other sellers. This is normal and expected.

The expectations are not random, they are guidelines leading you to success.
